My Portfolio
Some info about me!
Hi, my name is Star! I'm an aspiring character concept artist from the UK. I'm a former illustration student that studied at the University of Lincoln. I'm currently in the stage of my life where I'm building up my portfolio of work, delving into new ideas and different creatives paths within the art industry. I'm doing this all along side constantly readjusting and reinventing my own personal style.
My style is of my own creation but inspired by artists such as Jamie Hewlett. Through my years on social media and having a platform, my art Below, you'll find images of my most recent and past works. These pieces will include personal art, art I have created for my university course and sketches/developmental drawings.

My Artwork
Below, you'll find images of my most recent and past works. These pieces will include personal art, art I have created for my university course and sketches/developmental drawings.

Character Design
Plague Doctor character designs I created for my latest university project. These designs were created for a brief we had to direct for ourselves. Mine was created based around a horror game concept, as I wanted to delve deeper into video game character designs.

Personal Work
Here are a few of my own characters i've created. Sometimes when I create characters I have research behind them and inspiration. Other times I just put my pen to my screen and let my creative freedom do the work itself. I often find that having inspiration is a good way to develop my character designs and bring them to life.

Sketches / Unfinished Works
Here I wanted to display some of my sketches/ unfinished works. I think it's important to show progress and how an original sketch turned out, to show how the final product of an art piece has been developed.

My sketching is usually quite clean because I find it easier to work from a sketch if the lines are easily seen. I have never been someone to messily sketch, however I feel like it could bring some interesting quirks to a character if I venture into drawing this way.
